"Log file uploaded successfully, sorry for the inconvenience" window

If you see the below screen after you initiate uploading your accounting information (by running vClient), this means that the version of your accounting package is not supported. 

You will need to select "Manual Attestation" in the case, enter the required fields, and attach your income statement and balance sheet to the Attachments container of the case.
