Biotrack - Location Errors

What should I do when an error like this is returned?


"No data returned for Location: 12345. Data returned for Location(s): 678910"


If there is a location issue, a License Location Needs Review case will generate. The error will also display on the the "Location Status " field in the API Key Status report.


The error message will display the correct Location(s) to enter in the Biotrack Location ID field within the Industry License Information section of the Client Profile (or directly within the case).


The available location(s) are displayed in the Industry License Information container, in a nested table below the license. Location(s) can be updated by editing the applicable license. Within the edit modal, the user may select the proper location(s) that should be monitored. 


If the Location Status field displays "Unprocessed", this indicates the information has just been entered and has not completed the initial overnight process OR that a location has not been entered for a BioTrack license.
