Biotrack - Location ID Errors

What should I do when an error like this is returned?


"No data returned for Location: 12345. Data returned for Location(s): 678910"


If there is a location ID issue, the "API Key Status" field in the report (or the API Key Error case) will indicate that no data is returned for a specific location.  
Until the 8.14 release, please contact Shield Customer Support if you receive this error and need more information regarding the proper location ID.  

The error message will show the proper location ID that can be added to the "Biotrack Location ID" field in the Industry License Information container on the Client profile (or in the case). After the 8.14 release, the location will be displayed in the Industry License Information container. 


If the API Key / UBI Status field displays "Unprocessed", this indicates the information has just been entered and has not completed the initial overnight process OR that a location ID has not been entered for a BioTrack license. Please see How to add a BioTrack location ID for information to resolve the error. 


The error in the API Key Status report will be resolved with the overnight run.
