There is NO personal information shared that would violate HIPPA laws. As you can see in the link above, some states have a "GET" request for patients that is enabled. The GET request is for states that have patients enabled (Missouri does not) and these calls would allow the Dispensary to verify a patient number is valid and/or not expired. It also can show the balance allotment of said patient so said patient is not exceeding the amount allowed.
GET requests are a READ-ONLY request. Data can be pulled that the facility allows with their API User key to verify areas like sales, transfers, sales deliveries. Cultivation licenses show plants, harvests, packages, etc.
